Details for the usual Carleton Ravens Masters indoor box season are available. For all those interested please contact George Cameron. See the Winter page for his contact information. This is not an OLC event.

August 30, 2011

The final game is set and the Redmen face the Banshees for the cup. Game is this Thursday, September 1 at 6:30pm. If your team has already been eliminated please come out and enjoy the final game and join us in celebrating another season.

The women's division will be having a 'Friends & Family Night' on Wednesday, August 24th. Come out to watch the scrimmage! Women (16 years and up) can try and the men's players will be invited to join the scrimmage as well (with women's sticks!). Rain date is August 31st.

High School field lacrosse

The city of Ottawa is fortunate this year to be the host of the 2011 OFSAA Lacrosse Festival. On June 2nd and 3rd some of the best hish school field lacrosse teams will be here.

The game schedule is not yet available but if you are willing to volunteer please contact the following e-mail address ( thesauve_4~at~yahoo~dot~ca ).

Gate Fees:
$5 Tournament Pass (including program)
$2 / student (grade 8 and under FREE)


Parking Note:
Keith Harris Stadium: Carleton University $9.00/day
Brewer Park FREE
Minto Field: Nepean Sportsplex FREE

All the registration nights have come and gone. Please make sure you register at the field on opening night. If you are not able to do so please contact us to make arrangements. Space is limited so be there early. The PayPal process has been put on hold so please make sure to register in person.

Registration will begin at 6pm on May 26th.

To All 2010 Ottawa Lacrosse Club Mens Registered Players:

In the month of February, all 2010 registered players will have the opportunity to register for
the 2011 season at the 2010 fees. The price is $115 ($90 for students)

There will be two registration nights available:

Wednesday, February 16th from 7:00 pm – 9:00pm at the Clocktower Pub on Bank Street.
Sunday, February 27th  3:00pm – 5:00pm at Local Heroes in Bells Corners

Please take this opportunity to reserve your spot as the 2011 season will be
limited to 100 players. Additional registration nights, open to anyone, will be scheduled
in mid-April and early May. 2011 fees, which will be increased from 2010 will apply to
everyone at that time.

Please let us know if you are interested in helping out in the 2011 season.

Ottawa Men's Field Lacrosse

If you want to play on your off night please refer to the Rules section under the Men's Men's information.

  • OLC's Senior Men's League is a 3 to 4 team league made up of a collection of players with varying lacrosse backgrounds, skill levels, and years played. Men's Field Lacrosse is a full-contact sport and proper equipment is required to play.

 

Ottawa Women's Field Lacrosse

  • OLC's Women's League is a 2 to 3 team league made up of a collection of players with varying lacrosse backgrounds, skill levels, and years played. NO experience is required to play. Women's Field lacrosse is a non-contact sport, but mouth-guards are mandatory.
